We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

If you wish to have the personal information we hold about you removed, please request this in writing, by writing to the Data Controller, Modern Designers, 1st Floor, 22 Lever Street, Manchester M1 1EA. If you are concerned that we are not using your information in accordance with the law, please contact us in the first instance and we will do our best to resolve your query. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you have a right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for data protection, the Information Commissioner’s Office, which can be contacted on 0303 123 1113 (UK local rate).


Changes to our privacy policy 

We keep our privacy policy under regular review and we may update it from time to time by posting a new version on this website. You should check this page periodically to ensure that you are happy with any changes. We may also notify you of changes to our privacy policy by email.
